University Of New Haven Buys Former Warehouse Space In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — The University of New Haven has purchased a former warehouse property in West Haven, realtors announced this week. Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc. in Orange, announced the completion of the following transaction.

Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President, represented the buyer, The University of New Haven, in the purchase of 1081-1083 Campbell Ave. in West Haven. The 2,413-square foot former warehouse space on .49 acres sold for $375,000.

The seller, BB Lights LLC, was represented by Lou Proto of The Proto Group. The Seller’s attorney was The Law Office of Vincent N. Amendola in West Haven; the buyer was represented by Attorney Mary Jo Blain Andrew of Shipman & Goodwin, LLP in New Haven.
